There are three cases in which you can obtain a refund after placing your order:
Case n°1: I have just placed my order, I wish to cancel it for any reason.
If and only if your order has not yet been shipped by our team, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. To do this, simply let us know by sending us an email via our contact page, or directly to email@example.com. Please note that orders are usually shipped within one business day.
Case n°2: I still haven't received my order, I want to be refunded.
We take at our expense only orders that take more than a month to be delivered. Our team is committed to doing everything possible to ship all orders placed within three working days. However, delivery delays caused by carriers and sorting centers are unfortunately beyond our control, kindly reach out to us so we can offer a resend or a refund.
Case 3: The product arrived broken.
To obtain a refund in the event that one or more products have broken during transport, we kindly ask you to send us supporting photo and/or video evidence to C If the products were indeed delivered to you broken and that the visual evidence is there to prove it, you will of course be refunded up to the amount of your order.
