Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, our team remains at your disposal 7 days a week to assist you in your process.
After receiving your package, you have up to 30 working days to let us know by email at email@example.com or via our contact page that you wish to return your package. Depending on your preference, you can then choose one of the following options, provided that the item is returned in new undamaged condition identical to that in which it was sent to you:
Earn store credit of equivalent value for new purchases
Directly obtain a product of an equivalent or lower value on the store than the one returned
Or get a full refund for your order
Please also consider before placing an order on our store the exceptions to which we do not grant credit for returns and exchanges:
Returned items must have no apparent signs of wear or use.
Returned items must be accompanied by the their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
