Voordat u koopt
Werken met hars:
Hars is een zeer veelzijdig materiaal voor miniaturen dat veel voordelen heeft ten opzichte van metaal of plastic. Wij geloven dat hars het beste materiaal is voor miniaturen en daarom gieten we de meeste van onze materialen
producten in dit materiaal.
Hars kan echter een beetje anders zijn om mee te werken als je gewend bent aan plastic of witmetalen modellen.
Op deze pagina worden de fasen besproken die u moet doorlopen bij het werken met harsminiaturen.
Optionele schoonmaak
Je hebt net gretig je geweldige nieuwe miniaturen uitgepakt, maar voordat je verder gaat met lijmen
dingen bij elkaar, wilt u ze misschien schoonmaken. Deze fase is optioneel, maar levert wel een beter resultaat op
betere verf- en lijmhechting. Schoonmaken kan omdat de mallen waarmee hars wordt gegoten dat ook kunnen
laat het kleinste olieachtige residu achter op het oppervlak van het model. Plus soms om de worpen te behouden
hoogste kwaliteit; we gebruiken wat lossingsmiddel, om de miniaturen makkelijker uit hun mallen te krijgen.
De olie uit de mallen of het lossingsmiddel kan verf en lijm afstoten, dus het is het beste om de oppervlakken te behandelen
worden schoongemaakt.
Gebruik een oude tandenborstel en wat warm water met 'afwasmiddel' om de stukken voorzichtig te borstelen
schoon (wees extra voorzichtig met delicate stukken, zodat u ze niet kapot maakt). Zorg ervoor dat u de spoeling afspoelt
onderdelen daarna en laat ze grondig aan de lucht drogen.
Buigen
Hars is zeer gedetailleerd, toch kunnen dunne onderdelen soms licht gebogen zijn tijdens transport of opslag. Het is
eenvoudig te bevestigen omdat hars een "thermisch geheugen" heeft zoals een thermoplast. Het onthoudt de vorm die het had
Giet het onderdeel dus gewoon onder de hete kraan of gebruik gekookt water om het te verwarmen en zacht te maken. Dan jij
kan het voorzichtig weer in vorm buigen. Laat het afkoelen door het in koud water te doven, doe alsof je een bent
fantasiesmid en de hars zullen zo in de gewenste vorm komen.
Opruimen
we proberen mini's te produceren zonder enorme afschuwelijke schimmellijnen, flitsen, ventilatieopeningen, luchtbellen of
andere dingen die u hoofdpijn bezorgen. Maar hoe we het ook proberen, we zijn (nog!) niet perfect en
soms moet je een beroep doen op je hobbyvaardigheden om een onderdeel op te ruimen. Net zoals jij dat zou doen
plastic mini's – gebruik een hobbyknipper om eventuele gietpoorten af te knippen (ook bekend als: die hengels/struiken
/steunen) Schimmellijnen moeten mogelijk worden weggeschraapt of licht geschuurd* met een vijl of hobbymes
en eventuele flitsers kunnen op dezelfde manier ook worden verwijderd.
Lijmen
Om hars te lijmen, moet u Super Glue Cyanoacrylate gebruiken. Als u het oppervlak van de verbinding opruwt
schuurpapier of kras het eerst een beetje – je krijgt een sterkere hechting. Een andere goede truc is om water te gebruiken
maak één deel vochtig (niet nat!) en breng de lijm aan op het tweede deel. De band zal veel zijn
sneller. U kunt op dezelfde manier ook superlijmversneller gebruiken.
Als je je vingers lijmt of iets waarvan je de lijm wilt verwijderen, kun je ananassap gebruiken
(nuttig en lekker) of superlijmverwijderaar.
Sommige grotere stukken moeten mogelijk op hun plaats worden vastgemaakt, zoals bij metalen modellen. In zeldzame gevallen
voor grote verbindingen waar u de ultieme hechting wilt – er kan tweecomponentenepoxylijm worden gebruikt.
Als u klaar bent, wordt uw model schoongemaakt, voorbereid en gemonteerd.
Nu bent u klaar om uw model zoals gebruikelijk te primen en te beginnen met schilderen. Wij raden een lamp aan
afstoffen met een spuitprimer of goede airbrushprimer.
Hopelijk heeft dit geholpen om enkele van de belangrijkste punten van het werken met onze hars te behandelen. Wij wensen u de
veel succes met het monteren en schilderen van je miniaturen.

*Hars is geweldig, maar pas op dat u niet te veel stof inademt tijdens het schuren of boren. Het
kan schadelijk zijn. Dus als er veel stof ontstaat, doe dit dan buiten of gebruik een stofmasker met gezichtsmasker.
Om deze reden raden we harsminiaturen niet aan aan personen onder de 13 jaar zonder toezicht.
Harsminiaturen zijn geen speelgoed. Kleine onderdelen vormen een verstikkingsgevaar voor kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar.
Return and Refund Policies

- If you received a product in poor condition or with a factory defect return is Free, you only need to download and print the label.
- In the case of voluntary returns (such as purchasing the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for the logistics and cost of the return shipping.
- For your refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
