Trabalhando com Resina:
A resina é um material muito versátil para miniaturas que tem muitas vantagens sobre o metal ou o plástico. Acreditamos que a resina é o melhor material para miniaturas e por isso fundimos a maior parte dos nossos
produtos neste material.
No entanto, a resina pode ser um pouco diferente para trabalhar se você estiver acostumado com modelos de plástico ou metal branco.
Esta página abordará as etapas pelas quais você deve passar ao trabalhar com miniaturas de resina.
Limpeza Opcional
Você acabou de desempacotar ansiosamente suas novas miniaturas incríveis, mas antes de prosseguir, cole
juntas, talvez você queira limpá-las. Esta etapa é opcional, mas obterá um melhor resultado e
melhor adesão de tinta e cola. A limpeza pode ser feita porque os moldes usados para fundir a resina podem
deixe o menor resíduo oleoso na superfície do modelo. Além disso, às vezes, para manter os lançamentos
mais alta qualidade; usamos algum desmoldante, para tirar as miniaturas dos moldes com mais facilidade.
O óleo dos moldes ou o agente desmoldante podem repelir tinta e cola, por isso é melhor que as superfícies
são limpos.
Use uma escova de dentes velha e um pouco de água morna com 'detergente para a loiça' para escovar suavemente as peças
limpos (tenha muito cuidado com peças delicadas, para não quebrá-las). Certifique-se de enxaguar o
peças depois e deixe-as secar completamente ao ar.
Dobrando
A resina é muito detalhada, mas às vezes as peças finas podem ser ligeiramente dobradas durante o transporte ou armazenamento. Isso é
simples de fixar, pois a resina possui uma “memória térmica” como um termoplástico. Ele lembra a forma que era
então simplesmente coloque a peça em uma torneira quente ou use água fervida para aquecê-la e amolecê-la. Então você
pode dobrá-lo cuidadosamente de volta à forma. Deixe esfriar temperando em água fria, finja que você é um
ferreiro fantasia e a resina ficará assim no formato que você desejar.
Arrumando
tentamos produzir minis sem enormes linhas de molde horríveis, rebarbas, aberturas de ventilação, bolhas de ar ou
outras coisas que lhe causam dor de cabeça. Mas, por mais que tentemos, não somos (ainda!) perfeitos e
às vezes você precisará recorrer às suas habilidades de hobby para arrumar uma peça. Assim como você faria com
minis de plástico – use um cortador de hobby para cortar qualquer portão de fundição (também conhecido como: aquelas hastes/sprues
/suportes) As linhas do molde podem precisar ser raspadas ou levemente lixadas* com uma lima ou estilete
e qualquer flash também pode ser removido da mesma maneira.
Colagem
Para colar resina deve-se usar Super Cola Cianoacrilato. Se você desbastar a superfície da ligação com
lixa ou arranhe um pouco primeiro - você obterá uma ligação mais forte. Outro bom truque é usar água para
deixe uma parte úmida (não molhada!) e aplique a cola na segunda parte. O vínculo será muito
mais rápido. Você também pode usar o acelerador de supercola da mesma maneira.
Se você colar os dedos ou algo que deseja remover a cola, você pode usar suco de abacaxi
(útil e delicioso) ou super removedor de cola.
Algumas peças maiores podem precisar ser fixadas no lugar, como acontece com modelos de metal. Em casos raros
para junções grandes onde você deseja a melhor ligação – Pode-se usar cola epóxi de duas partes.
Feito isso, seu modelo está limpo, preparado e montado.
Agora você está pronto para preparar seu modelo normalmente e começar a pintar. Recomendamos uma luz
polvilhar com um primer em spray aerossol ou um bom primer para aerógrafo.

*A resina é ótima, mas tome cuidado para não respirar muito pó ao lixar ou furar. Isto

Por esse motivo, não recomendamos miniaturas de resina para menores de 13 anos sem supervisão.

Return and Refund Policies
- At acacuss.com, we have a hassle-free return policy. You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date of your order for any reason.
- We kindly ask you to return the products in their original packaging.
- All returned products will be fully refunded as long as they have not been used or damaged.

- However, please refrain from excessive testing beyond what is necessary.
- If the product loses value due to excessive handling, we may reduce the refund amount.
- If you do not want a sealed package, it is best to leave the packaging intact as much as possible and properly reseal it.
- Opening a sealed package will make it difficult for us to accept the return. Once you have filled out and submitted the return request to our email at info@acacuss.com, you will receive an email within 48 business hours with the return address or a return label.
- If you received a product in poor condition or with a factory defect return is Free, you only need to download and print the label.
- In the case of voluntary returns (such as purchasing the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for the logistics and cost of the return shipping.
- For your refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

No, the return at acacuss.com is free, according to the aforementioned conditions, there is no supply charge.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@acacuss.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). Return and refund procedure
