Lavorare con la resina:
La resina è un materiale molto versatile per le miniature che presenta molti vantaggi rispetto al metallo o alla plastica. Crediamo che la resina sia il materiale migliore per le miniature e quindi fondiamo la maggior parte dei nostri
prodotti in questo materiale.
Tuttavia, la resina può essere leggermente diversa da lavorare se sei abituato a modelli in plastica o metallo bianco.
Questa pagina tratterà le fasi che dovresti affrontare quando lavori con le miniature in resina.
Pulizia opzionale
Hai appena spacchettato con entusiasmo le tue nuove fantastiche miniature, ma prima di procedere all'incollaggio
cose insieme, potresti volerle pulire. Questa fase è facoltativa, ma otterrà un risultato migliore e
migliore adesione della vernice e della colla. La pulizia può essere eseguita perché gli stampi utilizzati per colare la resina possono farlo
lasciare il minimo residuo oleoso sulla superficie del modello. Inoltre a volte per mantenere i calchi
la miglior qualità; utilizziamo un agente distaccante, per far uscire più facilmente le miniature dagli stampi.
L'olio degli stampi o l'agente distaccante possono respingere la vernice e la colla, quindi è meglio che le superfici
vengono puliti.
Usa un vecchio spazzolino da denti e un po' di acqua tiepida con "detersivo per piatti" per spazzolare delicatamente i pezzi
pulire (fare particolare attenzione ai pezzi delicati, in modo da non spezzarli). Assicurati di risciacquare il
parti successivamente e lasciarle asciugare completamente all'aria.
Piegatura
La resina è molto dettagliata, ma a volte le parti sottili possono piegarsi leggermente durante il trasporto o lo stoccaggio. È
semplice da fissare in quanto la resina ha una "memoria termica" come un materiale termoplastico. Ricorda la forma che aveva
gettare dentro. Quindi è sufficiente far scorrere la parte sotto un rubinetto caldo o utilizzare acqua bollita per riscaldarla e ammorbidirla. Allora lei
può piegarlo con attenzione e rimetterlo in forma. Lascialo raffreddare spegnendolo in acqua fresca, fai finta di essere un
fabbro fantasy e la resina si fisserà così nella forma che desideri.
Riordino
cerchiamo di produrre mini senza enormi linee di stampo orribili, flash, prese d'aria, bolle d'aria o
altre cose che ti fanno venire il mal di testa. Ma, per quanto ci proviamo, non siamo (ancora!) perfetti e
a volte dovrai fare appello alle tue abilità hobbistiche per riordinare una parte. Proprio come faresti con
mini di plastica: usa delle cesoie per hobby per tagliare eventuali cancelli di colata (ovvero quelle aste/ canali di colata
/supporti) Potrebbe essere necessario raschiare o levigare leggermente* le linee dello stampo con una lima o un taglierino
e anche l'eventuale flash può essere rimosso allo stesso modo.
Incollaggio
Per incollare la resina, dovresti usare la Super Glue Cyanoacrylate. Se si irruvidisce la superficie dell'incollaggio con
carta vetrata o grattalo prima un po': otterrai un legame più forte. Un altro buon trucco è usare l'acqua
rendere umida una parte (non bagnata!) e applicare la colla sulla seconda parte. Il legame sarà molto
più veloce. Puoi anche usare l'acceleratore della supercolla allo stesso modo.
Se incolli le dita o qualcosa da cui vuoi rimuovere la colla, puoi usare il succo di ananas
(utile e buonissimo) o il super solvente colla.
Potrebbe essere necessario fissare alcuni pezzi più grandi in posizione, come si fa con i modelli in metallo. In rari casi
per giunzioni enormi dove si desidera il massimo legame – È possibile utilizzare la colla epossidica bicomponente.
Al termine, il modello viene pulito, preparato e assemblato.
Ora sei pronto per preparare il tuo modello come al solito e iniziare a dipingere. Consigliamo una luce
spolverare con un primer spray aerosol o un buon primer per aerografo.
